Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry who are residents of Denmark. Employees of the organizing company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry: To enter the competition, participants must purchase a tote bag from the the GLOBALLERS website to a valid address in Denmark during the competition period. Each purchased tote bag entitles the buyer to one entry into the competition.

Prize Selection: Upon purchasing a tote bag, participants will have the opportunity to choose which prize they would like to enter the draw for. The available prizes are a gift card to Søpavillonen and a gift card to IX Studio. Participants must indicate their preferred prize choice at the time of purchase. The giftcards can not be exchanged to money.

Competition Period: The competition will commence on 7th of June 2024 and conclude on 7th of july 2024. Purchases made before or after the designated competition period or from outside Denmark will not be considered in the competition.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by the organizing company within seven days following the conclusion of the competition period. The draw will be conducted separately for each prize category.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of the purchase one the day of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within thirty three days of the initial notification, or if the prize is declined or unclaimed, an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Redemption: Winners must redeem their prize within the stipulated timeframe and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective gift cards. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Data Protection: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the fulfillment of prizes or as required by law.

Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
